Step 1: Cleanse
3 day juice cleanse consisting of 5 delicious, raw, organic, gluten free and pareve juices plus 1 elixir, per day, designed to keep the metabolism up and the internal fire strong throughout the cleansing process.
Step 2: Harmonize
1 customized Harmonic Alignment Therapy (Kita Biosonic, as seen on the Dr. Oz show) to assist in the detoxification process. You will be bathed with sound, listening and feeling soothing vibrational tones, resulting in a deep state of relaxation. The liver will be soothed and strengthened while the spleen and stomach will be nourished, allowing for a euphoric experience.

Step 3: Restore
Restore with 3 yoga sessions of your choice at Yogasphere (Newtown or Doylestown)
