Kita BioSonic
Sharon is currently one of three practitioners trained in the Kita BioSonic Healing technique in the United States. Music is conducted through air and water in the form of vibrations. Crystal Sonic Therapy
As seen on the Dr. Oz show, Crystal Sonic Therapy (CST) creates music using crystal singing bowls to generate specific sound waves that create natural brainwave frequencies. Depending on the bowls used, the sounds produced can be slow or fast. Slow waves are associated with alpha, delta, and theta brainwaves. Faster frequencies are associated with beta or gamma waves. Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, creator of Crystal Sonic Therapy, created Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma tracks. The Delta tracks are associated with deep meditation, sleep and inner peace. The Theta tracks are associated with meditative and calm states of consciousness. Alpha tracks are associated with relaxed, tranquil awake states of consciousness. Beta tracks are associated with focus and concentration while Gamma tracks are associated with peak performance, memory and energy.
